Well, been a few weeks since my last post - not much changed other than adding in 3 sets of kettle bell(9pounds) and sticking to the 6 day/1 binge day routine. No weigh ins yet but I can now fit into many of my clothes that got boxed up from being too small. This diet is great - it's a total no brainer - plus, I no longer have cravings for breads, pastas, cheeses, sweets - even on binge day, I'll create a ginormous icecream sunday for breakfast and just a few spoonfuls and I'm done for the day. The binge day is more like, I can eat anything if I want, but without the cravings, it's been easy to not binge :D
